Job summary

Wright Directions Family Services is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Hampton, SC location. This leadership role requires a strong background in psychology, business, or a related field, with responsibility for staff management, client services, compliance, and financial oversight.

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree and experience in behavioral health or healthcare administration, plus knowledge of Medicaid processes and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, insurance processes, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Medicaid/Insurance and Client Oversight: Conduct Medicaid and insurance eligibility checks; Manage master caseloads and trackers; Oversee client services and staff scheduling.
• Operations and Compliance: Conduct DHEC and basic building maintenance checks; Ensure office cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols; Manage fire extinguisher checks, fire drills, and business licensing; Oversee adherence to RBHS manuals and CARF standards; Ensure proper manual modifiers for services and timely uploads to EHR.
• Financials, HR, and Utilization: Monitor EBITDA and track utilization of units in EHR; Oversee branch budgeting and productivity metrics; Manage office supply orders and ensure cost-effective operations; Build and maintain community partnerships; Support HR functions, including approving time-off requests and ensuring office coverage; Manage service reauthorizations and ensure timely 90-day reviews and MHP assignments.
