Job summary

Little River Medical Center in Little River, SC is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor (Provider) to join its management team and oversee day-to-day behavioral health services for patients at the Center and satellites.

The Provider reports to the Behavioral Health Director, COO, and CEO, ensuring quality care, clinical supervision of staff, and adherence to HIPAA, CLIA, and budget processes.

Candidates should hold MSW/LCSW/LISW-CP and SC licensure; full-time employment.

Qualifications

• MSW/LCSW/LISW-CP preferred and SC licensure required.
• Public health oriented and full-time Center employee.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health care services to Center patients as scheduled.
• Consult with director/COO/CEO and supervise staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance and coordinate referrals.
