Ridgeview is seeking a full-time Healthcare Billing Specialist in Oak Ridge, TN. The role supports HIPAA-compliant billing within the financial services department, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, and collaborative teamwork.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in medical billing, data entry, and claims follow-up, plus strong organization and written/verbal communication skills. Ridgeview is a non-profit adapting to a shared mission.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical billing and related activities in a behavioral health setting.

• Support collections efforts to manage accounts receivable within targets.
