Job summary

Youth Care is seeking Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) to join our team on a PRN basis in Utah. The role offers flexible evenings, graveyards, and weekend shifts with a structured, safety-focused environment designed to support recovery and patient wellbeing.

In this role you will provide hands-on care, work within a collaborative team, and contribute to a stable, growth-oriented workplace that emphasizes continuous training and career development in behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or training provided on hire.
• Six months of experience with similar patient population preferred.
• De-escalation and restraint certification required or training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members.
