Job summary

Acadia Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Associate to contribute to patient safety and recovery in a structured, team-focused environment. You will provide direct care under clinical leadership, maintain a safe, therapeutic setting, and demonstrate empathy and professionalism with patients and colleagues to support healing.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of related experience, CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training provided on hire),

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
