Job summary

Acadia Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) for PRN nights (7p-7:30a) to join our Indiana facilities. You will provide direct patient care under clinical leadership and support a safe, therapeutic environment.

You’ll work in a structured, team-focused setting with predictable schedules, opportunities to grow, and a commitment to patient safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
