Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our Fort Wayne team. You will provide hands-on patient care in a structured, team-focused environment to support safety and recovery, with mentoring from clinical leaders.

This PRN daytime role offers meaningful work, consistent hours, and opportunities to grow as you gain experience in behavioral health settings. You will work under clinical or nursing leadership to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and address

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
