Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services under clinical or nursing supervision.
• Document timely, accurate clinical information in the medical record.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient safety.
• Observe patients and communicate significant findings to staff.
• Facilitate patient educational/rehabilitative activities and group sessions.
