Zusammenfassung

Acadia Healthcare is seeking Behavioral Health Associates to join our Medically Complex Behavioral Health Unit. You will provide hands-on care in a structured, team-based environment focused on patient safety and recovery. CNA experience or certification is preferred. You will collaborate with clinical and nursing staff to support patients with compassionate, empathetic care and to maintain a safe, therapeutic setting. Training provided.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
• CPR certification and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements

• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
