• Monitors and reports patient behaviors; provides continuous patient care, supervision, and role modeling.
• Intervenes in crisis situations using approved methods and de‑escalation techniques.
• Participates in implementing individualized plans of care with the treatment team.
• Documents in patient records timely, accurately, and appropriately.
• Assists with admission and discharge; supports care coordination.
