Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures the well-being and safety of patients in a structured environment.
• Interacts with patients, observes behaviors, and communicates observations to the treatment team.
• Intervenes in crisis situations (suicidal or threatening behavior) following approved protocols.
• Provides education aligned with patient weekly schedules under supervision.
• Assists in admission and discharge processes and supports care planning.
• Engages patients in activities to support treatment goals and recovery.
• Documents patient information timely and accurately in records.
