Qualifications

• At least one year experience as a BHA required.
• QMHP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and report client behaviors; provide continuous client care and supervision.
• Record and maintain client data; respond in crisis situations and medical emergencies.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure supervision intervals per guidelines.
• Document in client records timely and accurately.
• Engage clients in activities and groups to support treatment goals.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transportation as needed.
