Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience with the population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures wellbeing and provides a safe, structured environment.
• Monitors client behaviors and reports significant observations to supervisor.
• Performs safety checks and documents vital signs; de-escalation when needed.
• Maintains client records accurately and timely; assists with incidents and discharge planning.
