Job summary

KEYTC in Canton/Sioux Falls area seeks a Behavioral Health Associate to provide hands-on care and support recovery in a structured, team-oriented setting. You will help keep patients safe, address concerns, and contribute to a compassionate environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma, CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training provided on hire), and 6 months' experience with similar populations preferred. The role offers predictable schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
