Job summary

Acadia Healthcare in the Sioux Falls area is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to provide direct patient care under clinical leadership, maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, and support recovery in a structured, team-focused setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR and de-escalation certification (training provided on hire). Six months of relevant experience is preferred, and first aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.
