Job summary

Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate in the Sioux Falls and Canton area to support patient safety and assist in recovery within a structured, team-focused environment.

You will provide hands-on care under clinical leadership, maintain a safe and therapeutic setting, and participate in driving compassionate, professional care. This role offers consistent hours and opportunities to grow within a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
