Acadia Healthcare’s Canton - Keystone Women’s Unit is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to provide hands-on patient care in a structured, team-focused setting. This role emphasizes safety, empathy, and recovery support in the Canton and Sioux Falls areas, with weekend shifts available.

You will work under clinical or nursing leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment, collaborate with staff, and contribute to a stable, patient-centered care plan that fosters growth and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

We are seeking a Women's Unit - Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) in the Sioux Falls and Canton area for our facility in Canton.

Multiple shifts available:

Weekend Overnights:Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 6:30 PM-7:00 AM.

Weekend Day:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 9:00 AM-9:30 PM.
