Calo Programs, based in Lake Ozark, MO, seeks Behavioral Health Associates (DSPs) to support youth in a year-round, trauma-informed residential program. Roles are on-site with full-time schedules, mid and overnight shifts, and a four-day work week, requiring weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum education required is a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background checks and physical.
• Experience with residential care or at-risk youth preferred but not required.
• Must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development
• Engage in group therapy and team-building activities
• Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment
• Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship

Shifts available:

Mid Shift (1PM-11PM)

Overnight Shift (8PM-6AM)Full-Time | On-Site | 4-Day Work Weeks | Weekend availability required
