Calo Programs is hiring Behavior Health Associates (DSPs) to support youth overcoming trauma in a year-round, residential setting at our Lake Ozark, MO location. This on-site role offers day shifts (6AM-4PM) or mid shifts (1PM-10PM) within a 4-day work week and weekend availability, providing structured care and mentorship in a trauma-informed program.
