Job summary

Calo Programs is hiring Behavior Health Associates (DSPs) to support youth overcoming trauma in a year-round, residential setting at our Lake Ozark, MO location. This on-site role offers day shifts (6AM-4PM) or mid shifts (1PM-10PM) within a 4-day work week and weekend availability, providing structured care and mentorship in a trauma-informed program.

As part of a nationally recognized residential treatment team, you will work alongside clinicians to implement treatment plans, help youth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 21+ required.
• Ability to pass background checks and physical.
• Residential care or youth-work experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development.
• Engage in group therapy and team-building activities.
• Ensure a safe, structured and emotionally supportive environment.
• Participate in on- and off-campus activities to promote healing and growth.
• Implement treatment strategies with clinical teams.
• Maintain professional boundaries while mentoring youth.
