Job summary

Calo Programs is hiring Behavioral Health Associates (DSPs) to support youth overcoming trauma at our Lake Ozark, MO location. This is a year-round, full-time, on-site role with mid and overnight shifts.

The program blends clinical care with experiential therapies to help teens heal and grow. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, participating in group therapy, and implementing treatment strategies alongside clinical teams.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Age 21+ required.
  • Ability to pass background checks and physical.
  • Residential care or at-risk youth experience preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores and personal development.
  • Engage in group therapy and team-building activities.
  • Ensure a safe, structured and emotionally supportive environment.
  • Participate in on- and off-campus activities promoting healing and growth.
  • Implement treatment strategies with clinical teams.
  • Maintain professional boundaries while mentoring youth.

Shifts available:

Mid Shift (1PM-11PM)

Overnight Shift (8PM-6AM)Full-Time | On-Site | 4-Day Work Weeks | Weekend availability required

Calo Programs is hiring Behavioral Health Associates, also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, or Behavioral Health Technicians, to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges.
