Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Health Associates (DSPs, Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors) to support youth overcoming trauma at our Lake Ozark, MO campus. This is a year-round, full-time, on-site role with day or mid shifts and a 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 21+.
• Ability to pass background checks and physical.
• Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development.
• Engage in group therapy and team-building activities.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment.
• Participate in on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams.
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship.

Lake Ozark is the only location for this role. Shifts available: Day (6AM - 4PM) | Mid (1PM–10PM) Full-Time | On-Site | 4-Day Work Weeks | Weekend availability required
