Central Clinic Behavioral Health is seeking an Assessor for the CDC Behavioral Health/Employment Success Program in Hamilton, Ohio. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Ohio licensure in social work or counseling.
• SUD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter clients into the EHR and maintain data spreadsheets.
• Administer drug screens as needed.
• Provide diagnostic assessments to address barriers to employment.
• Develop a treatment plan and link clients to appropriate providers.
• Staff cases with JFS and other providers as needed.
• Provide direct case management and crisis intervention as required.
• Collaborate with other agencies involved in client care.
