Brightli is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to serve as a Clinical Evaluator in St. Louis, MO.

You will perform initial screenings, comprehensive assessments, provisional diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning. You will connect clients with appropriate mental health and substance use services, provide brief therapies when appropriate, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless transitions into care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field.
• Current Missouri licensure or provisional licensure required.
• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, safety planning, and referral coordination.
• Maintain licensure applicable to practice area and location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and diagnostic evaluations to identify needs and eligibility.
• Connect individuals with mental health and substance use services aligned with goals.
• Develop provisional diagnoses and individualized treatment recommendations.
• Provide brief therapy, crisis support, and safety planning when needed.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up to ensure timely access to care.
