Job summary

Brightli seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to join our Connection Services as a Clinical Evaluator in St. Louis, MO.

You will conduct initial screenings and comprehensive assessments, develop provisional diagnoses, and connect clients with appropriate services. You will also provide safety planning, brief therapy when needed, and crisis intervention while collaborating with clinical teams to ensure a smooth path to care.

Qualifications

• Possess a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Maintain Missouri licensure or provisional licensure as an LPC/PLPC/LCSW/LMSW/LP/PLP/PLMFT/LMFT.
• Demonstrate knowledge of behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, safety planning, and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings, clinical assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to identify needs and eligibility.
• Connect individuals with mental health, substance use, and community-based programs.
• Develop provisional diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and individualized plans.
• Provide brief therapeutic interventions, safety planning, and crisis support when appropriate.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up services to promote timely access to care.
