Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an Associate Application Analyst for BH Business Systems to train users and support enterprise business applications across facilities.

You will assist with on-site deployments, create implementation plans, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuity of care and efficient operations. The role involves collaborating with facility users, vendors and corporate staff, and includes travel 5–50% domestically as projects go live.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a Business, Technology or HIM related field.
• No working experience required, up to one year enhances skills.
• 1 year IT environment experience preferred, healthcare experience a plus.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and email software.

Responsibilities

• Train users in business applications and support trainers in the field.
• Provide on-site support for business applications and create implementation plans.
• Participate in user groups, meetings and maintain minutes.
• Respond to tickets and training requests, monitor usage variations.
• Develop management tools via reports, graphs and pivot charts.
• Create and update user procedures and standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with support center.
• Maintain communication with users, managers and vendors on initiatives.
• Maintain software dictionary tables and provide on-call support as needed.
