Qualifications

• State of Florida RN License and BLS within 90 days of hire.
• BSN preferred by the department.
• 1 year RN experience minimum for Level II.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes initial admissions assessments, education, discharge planning and care plan within guidelines.
• Documents findings, ongoing assessment and patient outcomes per program procedures.
• Plans, coordinates nursing care activities and delegates tasks during shift.
• Maintains high-risk patient monitoring and infection control per policy.
• Uses crisis intervention techniques and safe, non-violent restraint policies as needed.
• Participates in interprofessional treatment planning and communicates goals to staff.
