Metropolitan Behavioral Health, a UHS facility in Dearborn, seeks an Admissions RN for a full-time day shift (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.). You will collaborate with intake, psychiatry, and unit staff to coordinate admissions, perform assessments, and ensure proper documentation and handoffs for new patients.

The role requires Michigan RN license, hospital and psychiatric unit experience, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends. EMR proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Hospital and psychiatric hospital experience required.
• Experience using an EMR system.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Evening/night/weekend rotation required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate safe admission of patients.
• Perform level of care assessments for walk-ins and nursing assessments for direct admissions.
• Complete intake documentation and consents in EMR.
• Ensure proper handoff to receiving nurse and team.
