Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to coordinate residential treatment admissions for members requiring out-of-home behavioral health services. You will liaise with utilization management teams, residential providers, care management staff, and other stakeholders to ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, exceptional organization, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage the residential referral process including distribution of referrals and tracking responses.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes and providers to ensure timely submission of required clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
