Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicaid managed care and behavioral health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health services.
• Act as liaison between utilization management, homes, providers, and care management staff.
• Monitor referral status, document facility activities, and support timely access to care.
• Assist with facility disruptions and coordinate alternative treatment options.
• Participate in rounds and case reviews to support team discussions.
