This full-time behavioral health position requires a high school diploma plus CADC/LSW/LAC credentials and certifications (CPI, BLS, HeartSaver First Aid within 90 days).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CADC, LSW or LAC required.
• CPI, American Heart Association BLS and HeartSaver First Aid required within 90 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the initial admission interview and collect data for potential admission.
• Assemble client charts, enter data, and schedule appointments.
• Orient clients to program rules and regulations and assist with referrals.
• Maintain census requirements and work with leadership to support program goals.
