Job summary

The BridgeWay, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Receptionist/Intake Clerk to serve as the communication hub for the hospital. You will answer calls, route messages, greet visitors, and support intake with data entry and verification.

This role operates Mon-Fri, 8a-5p, on-site in Arkansas; previous switchboard or customer service experience is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Proficient computer skills to operate intake technology and hospital systems.
• Effective interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming telephone calls; manage messages and switchboard operations.
• Greet visitors, determine needs, and direct them appropriately to the Intake department.
• Perform data entry, insurance verification, check faxes, and related clerical tasks.
