Diversus Health is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Colorado Springs. You will manage crisis-related calls and referrals, coordinating placements and services to support individuals and families navigating behavioral health challenges.

By collaborating with internal teams and external providers, you will help ensure timely access to care, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and promote continuity of care in a mission-driven organization serving underserved communities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• 1 year of volunteer or professional experience in behavioral health (preferred).
• Desire to work with people who have mental illness.
• Understanding of systems of care and integration of physical and behavioral health.
• Adapts to differences in organizational cultures (various care settings).
• Ability to take initiative and use critical thinking to solve problems independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; typing 25+ wpm.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming calls and referrals from individuals in crisis, ensuring timely triage and care coordination.
• Work with multidisciplinary team to provide placement, referral, and admission via phone and referrals.
• Maintain Diversus Health Emergency Response communications.
• Provide updates to clients, families, and referring providers.
