Job summary

Riverwood Center in Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented administrative support professional to back the ACT Team. The role involves scheduling, communications, and document creation to support behavioral health services across our sites.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required for community activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer experience with adults or children with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrated excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be punctual, organized and to work with a team and independently.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; qualify as a safe driver per Riverwood Center policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support to the ACT Team.
• Acts as central point of communication, coordinates schedules, answers phone and schedules appointments.
• Develops, edits, and creates documents using mail merge, spreadsheets, and database programs as necessary.
• Maintains, processes, and distributes all team specific reports.
• Assists consumers/staff in the community.
