ASG Home Care is seeking a Male Behavioral Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with IDD in NJ. You will implement a BSP under clinical supervision, providing 1:1 support in home and community settings while following structured plans and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes behavioral support, documentation, and partnership with supervisors. Candidates should have DSP experience, be reliable, and able to work within NJ DDD requirements in a compassionate, patient manner.

Qualifikationen

• Prior DSP or caregiving experience required
• Behavioral experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required by case)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background checks and required DDD clearances

• Implement an established Behavior Support Plan (BSP) under clinical supervision
• Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings
• Use proactive behavioral strategies and de-escalation techniques
• Support daily living skills, routines, and community engagement
• Accurately complete service notes and required documentation
• Communicate observations and concerns to supervisors and clinicians
• Follow ISP goals, BSP guidelines, and NJ DDD requirements
• Maintain a safe, structured, and respectful environment
