Job Description as a Male Behavioral Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are hiring experienced Behavioral Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

This role focuses on implementing a Behavior Support Plan (BSP) developed by a licensed behaviorist. DSPs in this role are not responsible for writing behavior plans - your role is to provide consistent, hands‑on support while following a clearly defined plan and structure.

This position is ideal for DSPs who are confident, patient, reliable, and experienced working with behavioral needs.

What You'll Do as a Male Behavioral Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Implement an established Behavior Support Plan (BSP) under clinical supervision
