Job summary

State of Missouri/Fulton State Hospital is seeking a Behavioral Technician to join the ward team. You will collect observational data on clients and staff and work with TSBC and SRIC systems, ensuring accuracy and objectivity in data collection and reporting.

Position requires data-focused observation with no direct client interaction. Training will cover TSBC/SRIC, with an initial 6-month certification period and ongoing reliability checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Observe and record patient and staff behavior according to TSBC and SRIC assessment systems.
• Complete initial training and certification for TSBC and SRIC within 6 months.
• Maintain proficiency in collecting and processing TSBC and SRIC data from start to finish.
• Complete TSBC/SRIC paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
