Behavioral Consultant / Specialist (Licensed Behavioral Specialist)

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19131.

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join our team supporting children with autism. Competitive hourly rate for full‑ or part‑time caseloads with immediate openings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Team supervisor: develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff.
• Supervise behavior technicians; provide weekly hands‑on training and program monitoring.
• Develop treatment plans for clients’ individualized clinical programs and analyze effectiveness.
• Parent training: build positive relationships with parents and conduct weekly ABA principle training sessions.
• Assess client progress over time.
• Flexible scheduling with the option to choose your own hours and locations.

Qualifications:

• An active Pennsylvania LBS (Licensed Behavioral Specialist).
• Master’s degree.
• Ability to travel through the selected territory.
