Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled leaders to join our team of BCaBAs and BCBAs to support ABA therapy for children with autism and related disorders. This role offers supervision, development of goals and intervention plans, and collaboration with families and schools.

A hybrid schedule and strong benefits are highlights. We welcome candidates with a BCaBA certification, at least one year of experience, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Holds license, certification (BCaBA)
• At least one year experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders
• Preferred experience in home, school, or community settings
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, supervisors, clients
• Computer proficiency required
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Assists BCBA in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments.
• Trains behavior technicians in implementation of behavior change plans.
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans.
• Assists BCBA in updating behavior change plans and progress on goals.
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness under BCBA supervision.
• Trains new behavior technicians and provides job-specific training.
• Provide behavioral services to children with autism or other disorders as outlined in the plan.
