Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to assist individuals with developmental delays and challenging behaviors. The role involves one-to-one behavior interventions and support across self-care, communication, social, cognitive, motor and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities include helping with daily activities and collecting data on behaviors per the Behavior Support Plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in educational or healthcare setting preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals who display challenging or aggressive behaviors preferred.
• College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences or related field is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
