Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Aide/Technician to support children and adults in home-based or community settings, under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. You’ll help build social and communication skills and document progress after each session.
You'll work one-on-one, following personalized behavior-change plans, and contribute to meaningful outcomes—greater independence and connection—for clients and families.
Hourly Pay: $23 - $28 / hour

You’ll provide one-on-one support in home-based or community-based settings, depending on each client’s individual needs, while working alongside experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts. No two sessions are exactly alike, but every session provides an opportunity to celebrate progress and help someone reach an important goal.
Whether you bring direct ABA experience or experience supporting children in another setting, this role can help you build valuable behavioral-health skills.
