Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism and similar developmental needs in home or community settings.
You will work one-on-one with clients, helping build communication, social, and independence skills under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Responsibilities include following behavior support plans, documenting progress, and creating encouraging interactions in every session.

You’ll provide one-on‑one support in home‑based or community‑based settings, depending on each client’s individual needs, while working alongside experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts. No two sessions are exactly alike, but every session provides an opportunity to celebrate progress and help someone reach an important goal.
Whether you bring direct ABA experience or experience supporting children in another setting, this role can help you build valuable behavioral‑health skills.
