Socket.dev is seeking a Behavior Trainer Specialist in Wichita, KS for consistent full-time shifts—day, evening, or weekends—with benefits. You will learn about behavior models, support plans, and interventions while mentoring adults with ASD and neurodiverse needs.
Responsibilities include building connections, supporting sensory needs, maintaining structure, and assisting during escalations or aggressive behaviors.

Behavior Trainer responsibilities include – creating connections, supporting sensory needs, maintaining a structured environment, building trusting relationships, coaching and supporting people through times of escalation or aggressive behaviors, personal care and hygiene assistance, mentoring & teaching, going on community inclusion outings & activities. You'll learn to work closely with our Nursing and training teams and earn CPR, First Aide, Mandt certifications – basic/intermediate/advanced skills. Includes a great paid training program. Mon-Fri 8a-4p; Fri 3p-Midnight + Sat/Sun 8a-8p; Mon-Thur 3p-Midnight; 3rd shift - Tue-Fri 12:00a Midnight to 9a; or 3rd shift - Sat 12:00a Midnight to 8a + Sat & Sun overnight 8p-8a.
