Requirements

Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team at our program in MT PLEASANT, PA. This role is ideal for Paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Health Technicians, or Personal Care Aides. No experience is required – we provide paid training. Compensation is $18.50 USD per hour, Monday – Friday, full school day 8:30 am – 3:15 pm.
Responsibilities
- Complete timely ongoing data collection, including parent/staff correspondence and all required documentation.
- Provide behavioral interventions and physical interventions as needed. Physical interventions may range from simple prompting and/or guided transport up to, and including, physical restraint of client. Interventions vary based on program regulations and appropriate training is provided.
- Monitor client performance and record relevant data to assess progress.
- Accompany and assist client(s)/student(s) with activities and daily living, which may include assisting with toileting and grooming.
- Collaborate with families and team for continuity of care.
- Implement and follow through with client/student behavior plan as well as individualized reinforcement systems for individual clients assigned.
- Complete required training(s) as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
