Job summary

Autism Believe Accept Therapy Servi seeks a Behavioral Therapist to implement individualized ABA-based therapies for children and adults with autism and related neurodivergences. Training is provided. Join a supportive, diverse team and help your community.

A $300 signing bonus is offered after 90 days of employment. Responsibilities include delivering behavior intervention plans, collecting data, collaborating with other providers, and helping clients improve self-help and independence skills

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred; high school diploma required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Punctual, dedicated and dependable with a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience as a behavioral therapist is a plus but not required.
• BLS and CPR certified; negative TB test results.
• Reliable transportation and valid CA driver license; valid auto insurance.
• Criminal background check required.
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 3pm–7pm.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA to improve self-help and independence skills.
• Apply ABA to reduce challenging behaviors and barriers.
• Collaborate with other service providers.
• Deliver behavior intervention plans and goals.

• Implement ABA methods to improve clients' self-help and independence skills.
• Apply ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors which create barriers.
• Collaborate with other service providers.
• Deliver behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, and behavior goals.
• Conduct data collection.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred (high school diploma required)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
