Job Summary

We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role you will facilitate and implement individual therapies for children and adults with autism and other neurodivergences. All training and education is provided. If you are someone who enjoys working in a helping profession, supporting people, and wants to make a difference in your community, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to target socially significant behaviors.

Implement ABA methods to improve clients' self-help and independence skills.

Apply ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors which create barriers.

Collaborate with other service providers.

Deliver behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, and behavior goals.

Conduct data collection.

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher preferred (high school diploma required)

Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.

Punctual, dedicated, and dependable individuals with a passion for helping others.

Previous experience as a behavioral therapist preferred but not required

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

Negative TB test results

Reliable transportation and valid CA drivers license

Valid auto insurance

Pass a criminal background check

Availability: Must have AT LEAST Monday-Friday, 3 pm -7 pm available.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
