Job summary

Behavior One Autism Solutions currently hires Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA services at our Artesia, CA clinic and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes 1:1 client work with children and teens, following ABA-based treatment plans.

We offer growth and ongoing training, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), strong communication skills, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to ethical and professional standards.
• Evidence of negative tuberculosis test required.
• FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
• Experience with ABA interventions in 1:1 home/community settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management programs.
• Apply behavioral techniques with emphasis on prevention and behavior management.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to treatment and care plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment.
• Attend and participate in treatment/behavior management team meetings with staff.

Competitive Compensation

• $20-$28 per hour depending on education and experience
• No experience? No problem! Entry level ranges between $20 - $22 per hour.

Available Hours

• Part-time (10+ hours per week) positions are available. A vailability 10am-6:30pm or open availability from 8am-8pm is preferred.
• Opportunities to grow into full-time (32+ hours) available in select areas. Open availability is preferred.

Operating Hours

• Monday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee and client availability)
