Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Earn $18–$25/hour with a $200 sign-on bonus while delivering in-home ABA therapy to help a 3-year-old. Part-time schedule Monday–Friday 4:00PM–5:30PM plus weekends, with potential weekend opportunities.

Join a team supported by BCBAs, focusing on communication, socialization, and daily living skills, and collaborate with families for consistent treatment and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 3 year old boy
• Location: North Brunswick, New Jersey
• Job Type: Part time
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM-5:30PM plus weekends.
• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
