Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health in Savannah, GA, is hiring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in a team-based, clinic setting.

You will work under BCBA supervision with lower caseloads and access to coaching, as the organization expands its well-established ABA model into Georgia.

Full-time or part-time roles are available, with Monday–Friday schedules, no weekends, and competitive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid training.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, or education settings.
• Ability to engage and motivate children.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions.
• Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children.
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team.
