Job summary

C4BehaviorLLC, a Finni Health company, seeks an in-person Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Savannah, GA for part-time evenings and weekends. You will work one-on-one with clients using ABA principles to support skill development, communication, and independence under BCBA supervision.

This role offers supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, health/dental/vision insurance eligibility, and a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Familiarity with data collection and ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Record accurate session data and monitor progress.
• Support development of life, communication, and social skills.
• Maintain professional rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing ABA and special education training.
