Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Savannah, GA. These part-time positions offer the possibility to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

The selected candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies and treatment plans designed by a BCBA while enjoying flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s in a related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
